i'm somewhere in between and never really know a killer from a savoir til i break at the bend, and it's so far away for me to hold i guess i'll let go

i just realized something about ten minutes ago while making my schedule for march

to start...holy fuckin jesus, it's pretty much march!!

that means that....

this coming weekend, i go to houston for my brothers 30th birthday extravaganza (yeeeeee haw, i'm going to houston motha fuckas!)....

and then, the weekend after that i head off to hedonism II for a week to roast myself to a golden delicious crisp, drink, learn to trapeez (i'm gonna do it damnit! well, if my bastard knee cooperates which after running on it so much, it isn't..but fuck it..more booze!), and chill with the always fun and awesome dude.

and while i'm super stoked about both...

holy fuckin balls y'all! my semester is almost over!!

FUCK ME!

it seems that between working out, working, chillin' with a few people who share my nocturnal ways (seriously..it cant be sane that we meet up at 1am and end up going home around 7am...), and totally fuckin with my internal clock and sleeping during the day at random......i've kind of kicked my studying to the back seat for a lil bit.

totally not to say i haven't been keeping up with my assignments and doing my work as needed to get by in class and do well on my quizes etc...but, it kind of goes to say that i haven't been keeping up with my outlines which are pretty much my life-blood when it comes to final taking time.

i also haven't really started researching anything having to do with my paper on the implications of dilution on trademark law and concurrent effects of such dilution on the other areas of trademark law...

oops!

so...basically....not that my last minute finals scramble last semester wasn't fun...because apparently anyone who talked to me the month before i had my finals thought i was the funniest shit in the world....but i think i did my ulcer about four steps backwards in the healing process, and i was pretty much brain dead for a good week after my last final...which also apparenlty translated to me being a ton of fun and funny as shit..

but, i can't afford to do that this semester seeing as i start summer class promptly three days after the last scheduled day of finals, and i start my legal bitch extraordinare job at about the same time....so, yea..i can't afford to have a week off to let my little synapses rest and resume normal function or whatever..'cause i got school and two jobs to deal with.

so what does that mean?

nothing really. just kind of my own realization.

does kind of go to say that in the next two weeks (three weeks, seeing as while in jamaica, blog i shall not..wahoo!) i may not be blogging as often as i usually do (which is like daily, practically) because for my own peice of mind i'd like to be up to date with my constitutional law outline and at least have a curosry organization of my agency law materials before i head off to jamaica...

and then have all the materials i need printed up so i can actually read and organize some shit for my thesis on trademark dilution.... (goddamn, that's gonna totally take the gem out of my fuckin donut)

so yea. just a lil heads up 'cause some of y'all get worried when i don't post regularly....

(total aside..i love getting the e-mail! puts me on cloud 9 when people notice a lull and a hush on this wee little site)
